OLEIA Agoureleo is obtained by cold processing from fresh, unripe, high quality, hand picked and cold pressed olives.

It is very rich in antioxidants that protect from stress. It also contains vitamins and provitamins, such as vitamin E and provitamin A. Agoure oils contain a large percentage (up to 5 times more content than a simple extra virgin olive oil) of two important medicinal substances, oleasin and oleocanthal.Modern Medicine has evidence that it lowers cholesterol, is preventive for cancer, helps the liver function well and is beneficial for patients with diabetes and heart disease.

The acidity of our Agoureleo is even loweren than the acidity of the Extra Virgin Olive Oil making it a supreme product. The acidity is an important parameter for the quality evaluation of an olive oil. It is the content of the olive oil in free fatty acids created by the action of the lipase enzyme found in the fruit.

Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained by cold processing from fresh, high quality, picked and pressed olives. The temperature affects directly the quality of olive oil. That is the reason why make sure the olive pressing process should be done at the lowest temperatures possible.

This premium extra virgin olive is extracted immediately after its harvest, which is done by hand as quickly as possible so that there is no oxidation and alloying of the product. At Oleia we have made sure that from the begginng till the end of the anual handling of our fields, our olive oil trees get the best treatment to make sure our harvest is top quality. Every small mistake that might happen in this procedure can influence the end product and the final organoleptic result.


Less than 0,8% acidity

The acidity is an important parameter for the quality evaluation of an olive oil. It is the content of the olive oil in free fatty acids created by the action of the lipase enzyme found in the fruit. Our “Dias” extra virgin olive (EVOO) oil has less than 0,8% acidity.

Rich aromas
