From 99 Trees to an Olive Oil Legacy
Our journey began in the small village of Dafnochori, Kilkis, with a vision to create something unique—exceptional olive oil from a region not known for it.
The beginNing
With a strong background in olive oil production and new cultivation methods, we set out to create something of our own. In 2023, we took our first step by renting a field with just 99 olive trees. While Kilkis had never been known for olive oil production, we saw potential where others saw limitations—and we dared to do things differently.
The First Linear Olive Grove in Kilkis
A few months later we bought our first field and planted 2.000 olive trees. We became the first to introduce linear olive planting in the region, blending tradition with innovation to cultivate a sustainable and thriving grove. This method wasn’t just about efficiency—it was a statement that Kilkis was ready to make its mark on the olive oil market.
From 99 Trees to 8,500
The journey was filled with challenges but in just two years, our trees multiplied into an empire of over 8,500 trees, spread across our own and rented fields, becoming the biggest olive oil producer in the region.
